All clinicians are high school/college level coaches!!
All sessions are 1 hour long and are high intensity high reward workouts. In addition to pure lacrosse skills, we emphasize speed, footwork and agility to make all players better at any age and any skill level!!
Levels:
Beginner: Typically U-9 and newer U-11 players. Focus is on stick skills. The fundamentals of the game , broken down and taught with cutting edge theory and execution. Going beyond just catching and throwing, adding body and foot movement to give a strong basis for the next level of Lacrosse.
Intermediate: Typically suited for U-11 to less experienced U-15 players. This program builds on the fundamentals that are learned at the Beginner Level. Emphasis remains on the stick and foot work, with more teaching on faking, dodging, defense and shooting, both stationary and on the run.
Advanced: Taking everything learned in the Beginner and Intermediate Levels and applying them to the High School level. Using both field and box lacrosse techniques, we teach offensive and defensive skills that can make any player better.
